The International Built Environment Week (IBEW 2024) was held from September 4th to 6th. Organized jointly by BCA International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore, and RX Singapore, IBEW is widely recognized as one of the grandest construction industry events in the Asia-Pacific region. It provides a platform for knowledge and information sharing among enterprises, industry leaders, and professionals from the global construction industry.

As a member of the representative enterprises of Hong Kong Science Park, Hong Kong Center for Construction Robotics（HKCRC), with the support of the Science Park, was invited to participate in this exhibition.

HKCRC aims to bridge the technological innovation forces between Hong Kong and Singapore, accelerate the cooperation between the two sides in the research and application of construction technology, create a collaborative technological ecosystem for development, and expand its influence in the Southeast Asian market.

This was also the first debut of HKCRC's products in Singapore, attracting the attention and favor of experts and entrepreneurs from the construction industry in more than ten countries.

In the morning of September 4th, Mr. Desmond Lee, Minister of National Development of Singapore, visited the booth of HKCRC and expressed great affirmation and support for HKCRC's research and development as well as innovation in smart construction projects.

In the future, HKCRC will expand the channels for its technological achievements to go global, enhance the popularity and influence of its products in countries and regions such as Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, and America, accelerate the implementation of more construction technology products worldwide, and promote the transformation of the global construction industry through technology empowerment.
