Assistant Officer (Recruitment)

Position Overview
This role supports the HR Supervisor in managing the full-cycle recruitment workflow and independently delivers end-to-end social recruitment and campus recruitment. You will also design and coordinate staff training activities, and provide support to ensure efficient daily operations of the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Demand Coordination & Job Posting Release
Collect manpower requirements from all departments, draft job descriptions, and handle the posting, updating and removal of vacancies across all recruitment channels.
- Recruitment Platform Operation & Expansion
Maintain existing online recruitment platforms, develop new hiring channels, follow up on account renewals and optimize vacancy exposure.
- Resume Handling & Candidate Communication
Manage the recruitment email account, collect, screen and categorize resumes; conduct phone or online preliminary interviews with candidates.
- Interview Arrangement
Coordinate interviewers’ schedules, book meeting rooms, send out interview invitations, greet on-site and remote candidates; compile interview records and deliver assessment feedback to both hiring teams and applicants.
- Campus & Social Recruitment Promotion
Design and deliver promotional campaigns for campus and social recruitment, and manage event organization and on-site logistics for career info sessions and job fairs.
- Talent Pool Establishment & Update
Regularly update the talent resume database and file candidate resumes by category.
- Recruitment Data Review & Optimization
Track recruitment KPIs including application volume, interview conversion rate and offer acceptance rate, and refine recruitment strategies and workflows via regular data analysis.
- Training Event Planning & Preparation
Lead the planning and pre-event preparation of staff training activities, covering material preparation, timeline arrangement and on-site logistics coordination.
Complete other human resources tasks assigned by the HR Supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 0 to 2 years of recruitment experience; outstanding fresh graduates are welcome.
- Familiar with the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle; proven experience in campus and social recruitment is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, proficiency in PowerPoint design and short video production is an advantage.
- Fluent written and spoken English; able to communicate smoothly in Putonghua, Cantonese and English.
- Detail-oriented and rigorous at work, with excellent communication and cross-team coordination skills.
- Able to thrive under tight deadlines and heavy workloads, with strong multi-tasking skills.
Self-driven and proactive, with strong team player mindset.
